We know that choosing an excellent Orthodontist in Pinehurst, NC is important, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible, so that we can accommodate the change.

Payment Options
It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments. Call 910-685-7395 to speak with a staff member and you can download the New Patient Form by clicking to the right.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Michael T. Henry, DDS, MS does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

There are many options designed to fit your specific needs.
Your First Visit
Your first orthodontist visit to our office will include a personal consultation with Dr. Henry. You will find this visit to be extremely informative. Once you have arrived, you will be greeted by one of our Office Staff, and checked-in. You may then complete our Health History and Demographic information sheet … or you may download it from our website and complete it in advance of your appointment (see link at the bottom of the page).
We keep close contact with your dentist, and will have likely already contacted them to obtain any pertinent radiogrpahs or information regarding your dental history. You can rest assured that Dr. Henry will work alongside your dentist to ensure that a maximally beneficial plan will be developed, specifically tapered to your needs.
After assessing your orthdontic issues, Dr. Henry will share his recommendations for treatment with you, in detail. Sometimes there are two or more options available to address an individual orthdontic problem, although there is typically one “best” solution. Dr. Henry will be sure to review any and all viable courses of treatment with you.
In addition, our Office Staff will be able to provide you with a detailed description of cost, and discuss payment options. If you have orthodontic insurance, we will make a copy of your insurance card, and will help advise you about obtaining your maximal benefit.
We are always pleased to answer any questions you may have, and will do everything possible to ensure that the consultation is as informative as possible.
